Applicants of undergraduate programs need to prove their English language skills at A2 level or higher. This can be done in one of the following ways:
Public Transport
The public transportation system in Vilnius consists of buses, trolleybuses, and private minibuses. Tickets in Vilnius transport system are resented as electronic tickets limited by time (30, 60 minutes) and single tickets. Full prices for electronic limited tickets for 30 or 60 minutes cost (0.64 EUR and 0.93 EUR respectively). A single ticket for a trolleybus or bus, if purchased in a vehicle, costs 1 EUR. High residence students can purchase tickets at a discount only after obtaining students ID or ISIC card. The single ticket price with a discount for students is 0.50 EUR at a driver. A monthly electronic ticket with discount for students costs 5.79 EUR (for both bus and trolleybus). To use the electronic system you will have to purchase Vilniečio kortelė at any kiosk in the city.

Prof. Sergei Ignatov is an internationally recognized Egyptologist, author of the books “Morphology of Classical Egypt”, “Wisdom of the Ancient Egyptians”, “Egypt of the Pharaohs”, “Papyrus Does Not Grow on a Stone”, “The Body of God” and more than 40 academic publications on the problems of linguistics, history and religion of Ancient Egypt.
Registration at the University
Go to the Academic Development Unit on the ground floor at campus building, room 101. Erasmus coordinator will enroll you, issue confirmation of arrival and review your Learning Agreement for changes which may be done within one month after the beginning of studies.
Select Study Program
In the application form, you can indicate two programs for which you would like to apply, in descending order of priority. If you do not qualify for the first program, you are entitled to take part in the competition for the second.
Sign the Contract and Pay the Tuition Fee
After you have successfully passed the procedure for assessing education received outside of Lithuania and successfully participated in the interview, as well as meet other admission requirements and passed the competitive selection, the Admissions Committee makes a recommendation for enrollment of students, and the applicant receives an offer to sign the Contract with the university on provision of educational services.

During the period of study in the University EHU students have an opportunity to study German on a commercial basis.
Student Service
EHU’s Student Service coordinates services provided to students; promotes students’ creative initiatives, their public activity, national identity, social maturity and responsibility, and intellectual and cultural activities.
The Student Service:
fosters cooperation and mutual assistance among various student organizations within the university, as well as interaction with university departments and other external organizations and people
Students’ Union
Students also elect the Students’ Union – an autonomous body of the student government, which represents the interests of EHU students both within the University and beyond.
