The Head of Legal Committee at the Belarusian Helsinki Committee Mr. Garry Pogonyailo to provide an expert opinion about the cooperation agreement concluded between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus and the National Guard of Russia on November 19, 2020.
Following the incessant wave of abuse of fundamental rights and freedoms of the citizens and the abridge of the international obligations of the Republic of Belarus in the area of rule of law, the Center for Constitutionalism and Human Rights of the European Humanities University (EHU) has addressed President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania Prof. Dainius Žalimas to provide an expert opinion about the “Constitutional Legal Position on the Protection of the Constitutional Order”, adopted by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus (CCRB) on August 25, 2020.
Persons organizing events at the university must comply with the rules on the day of the planned event, which are approved by the decision of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania.
At the beginning of each semester, all exchange students are welcomed during the Orientation Days. All you need to know about the university, living and studying in Vilnius will be explained to you. It is also an excellent opportunity to meet other international students and is the start of different activities and trips organized by Academic Development Unit. Participation in the Orientation Week is mandatory.
An exam to check the readiness to study at a higher school is taken only by those applicants who do not have a document confirming the successful passing of state exams, if secondary education ends in such a way and admission to a higher school in the country of residence is possible only with a certificate (for example, in Russia, Ukraine, other countries). Applicants who have successfully completed the assessment of education received outside of Lithuania and whose applications have been selected by the Admissions Committee as meeting the admission requirements are invited for an online interview.
The exam is taken only by applicants for the Theater Arts and Acting program.
The composition exam is taken only by applicants for the Visual Design program.
