7 Alumnae and Professor – in the 2018 ICBS Awards Shortlist

Every year, the International Congress of Belarusian Studies (ICBS) presents awards for the best research and student papers. This time, 8 members of the European Humanities University community are featured in the shortlists of ICBS awards, among them – Prof. Tatiana Shchyttsova and seven Alumnae of undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

ICBS Philosophy Award:

  • Prof. Tatiana Shchyttsova (faculty member of the Department of Social Sciences);
  • Tatsiana Astrouskaya (MA “Social Theory and Political Philosophy”, Class 2009)

ICBS History Award:

  • Volha Volkava (MA “Comparative History of the North Eastern Europe”, Class 2009)

ICBS Best Bachelor Thesis Award:

  • Kseniya Barantsava (BA “Cultural Heritage and Tourism”, Class 2018);
  • Nadzeya Kandakova (BA “Cultural Heritage and Tourism”, Class 2018);
  • Maryna Rybakova (BA “Cultural Heritage and Tourism”, Class 2018).

ICBS Best Master Thesis Award:

  • Tatsiana Artsimovich (MA “Cultural Studies”, Class 2018);
  • Alena Zhastkova (MA “Historical and Cultural Heritage”, Class 2017)

Final selection and presentation of the awards is scheduled to take place on September 28 at 7 pm in the Vilnius Town Hall.
