About the Course
This course focuses on English used in common professional situations, including speaking and listening in presentations, meetings, and workplace conversations. You will also improve your reading and writing skills for emails, memos, and reports, with attention to the context and culture of business communication in English. The course features a dynamic mix of direct instruction, guided practice, scenarios, and discussions.
By the end of the course, you will sound natural and fluentand you will fully grasp the nuances of business communication and etiquette.
👩🏫 Instructor:
Dr. Angela Dadak, MATESOL, PhD, is a specialist in English language and second-language writing from American University, Washington, DC. She is also a U.S. Department of State English Language Fellow at EHU. With extensive experience teaching English to professionals worldwide – including graduate students, business leaders, diplomats, and educators – Dr. Dadak brings a wealth of expertise to this course.
