The Round Table is planned within sections:
- The relationship between national and international law;
- Collisions in national and international law;
- Implementation, protection and restoration of violated rights in national and international space;
- The influence of international law on the formation of the legal system of the state;
- International institutions for the protection of human rights and freedoms;
- The role and place of ECHR decisions in the national judicial system;
- “Erga Omnes”, or one for all and all for one in the practice of implementing the norms of international law.
NB! The Round Table will be organized remotely via the Google Meet platform and will take place on May 25, at 10:45 AM – 4:00 PM (by Vilnius/ Kyiv/ Minsk time).
The program of the event:
- 10:45 AM – 11:00 AM Connecting participants of Round Table to an online platform;
- 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM Welcome speech and discussion of the format of work in sections;
- 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM Work of discussion platforms (sections).
Languages of the Round Table: English, Ukrainian, Belarusian.
Abstracts of the reports and registration forms for participation in the event are accepted only in electronic form via the e-mail globalstudassociation@gmail.com by May 15. Detailed requirements for the design of the abstract, registration form and contacts of the organizers of the Round Table are available via the link.
Participation in the event is free of charge. Each participant of the International Student Round Table will receive a Certificate of participation.
