Selected candidates will be offered a Vilnius-located/relocated position with 40 hours per week workload. The selected candidates will directly report to the Rector.
Candidate’s essential responsibilities:
- Planning the work of the Unit in accordance with the University’s strategy, planning the Units annual budget and developing the annual calendar of events and activities;
- Organization and coordination of the one-stop-shop non-academic support services for students (extracurricular activities, accommodation, visas and residence permits, health services);
- Implementation and supervision of students’ social activities, social internships;
- Institutional representative for student affairs at the Bard College International Network
- Mentoring student participants projects at the Bard College Network’s Engaged Conference;
- Consulting on preparing project applications, tutoring and supervision of the implementation of projects;
- Organization, consultation and information support of the major University events and activities;
- Cooperation with the EHU Students’ Union;
- Supporting communication between the student community and the EHU administration.
Candidate’s key qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent;
- Excellent Russian and Belarusian written and spoken communication skills and English language proficiency. Lithuanian language skills are considered as advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a record of successful internal and external communication in an multicultural organization
- Strong administrative experience and organizational skills gained in a similar environment; an ability to work on multiple deadlines and to prioritize the workload;
- A flexible approach and an ability to work on one’s own initiative and as part of an interdepartmental team
