Student-Led Projects


Since EHU restarted it’s operating in Vilnius, there is a huge pull of activities implemented by our students in Belarus and the region. EHU students project covering different spheres of the public interest as a way to fostering civil society in Belarus according to crucial social, cultural and educational agenda.

Running projects:

EHU Eco-School

EHU Eco-School is run by EHU high residence students as an educational lecture-hall about the ways to rebuild an eco consciously-minded for youth across the University.

Belarusian Young Leaders 
Belarusian Young Leaders stand for educational workshops for high school students and universities in Homiel and the “Civil Society through Non-Formal Education” region. Initiatives, covering these topics are rare for the city of Homiel, hence it is particularly important that youth of the second largest city of Belarus has actively participated in this master-class and a follow-up discussion.

Keep In Touch
Keep In Touch is a volunteer movement that provides learning opportunities and skills-oriented workshops to children in Belarusian orphanages.

Never Forget
Never Forget provides the space for the younger generation to connect with the elderly through community efforts at local nursing homes with the goal of bringing joy and learning opportunities for all involved.

EHU Student Network Initiative
The EHU Student Network Initiative is an intercultural educational project dedicated to assisting students in integrating into Lithuanian culture and being engaged in local student organizations, traditions, language, as well as establishing strong connections, networking on campus and beyond.

Forum-theatre “Love without borders”
Love without borders is a forum theatre allows participants to express themselves and find an immediate solution to the problem of aggression through art.
