The presentation on the “The status of cryptocurrencies in bankruptcy” took place in the Law and Business session and it addressed two issues. The first one is whether Bitcoin constitutes part of the bankruptcy estate, and the second issue is whether Bitcoin constitutes a currency or a commodity.
