Lecturer Neada Mullalli participated in the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition

On February 24 – 26, Neada Mullalli, lecturer of WTO Law at the European Humanities University, participated in the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition, in quality of panel member (judge) for the First European Regional Round of this competition.

The John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition is organized by ELSA and has strong, long-term financial contributors and academic support from the World Trade Organization itself. The Competition is a simulated hearing of the WTO dispute settlement system. The teams prepare and analyze a fictive case and present their arguments both for the Complainant and the Respondent in front of a Panel that consists of WTO and international trade law experts.

The best 20 teams from all over the world are qualified to participate in the Final Oral Round that usually takes place at the WTO Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
