Competition timeline:
October 2024 – January 2025: preparation of written submissions;
April 2025: oral presentations (arbitration hearings).
Why now?
In the academic year 2024-2025, the team is receiving organizational and financial support from the Commercial Law Development Program (USA), which enables:
- Conducting training sessions with leading experts in international commercial law and arbitration;
- Preparing for preliminary educational arbitration proceedings;
- Providing financial support to team members during pre-moots, trainings, as well as for the trip to Vienna for the second oral rounds of Vis Moot.
Team selection will be done on a COMPETITIVE BASIS.
Key requirements for candidates:
- Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level;
- Knowledge of international commercial law and arbitration process OR a strong desire to acquire such knowledge;
- Willingness to dedicate a significant amount of time for competition preparation;
- Previous experience in moot courts is welcomed.
