During his visit to Kharkiv, Dr. Ivanou has shared the outcomes of the study “Feminisation of the Belarusian language: a sociolinguistic study”, as well as has presented the state of achievements and challenges of the gender-based approach in public and civic institutions in Belarus. Additionally, Dr. Ivanou and Tetyana Isaeva who chairs the Gender Culture Centre in Kharkiv have discussed prospects of strengthening ties between EHU Center for Gender Studies and its Ukrainian counterpart.
