EHU Students Participate in the XXVI International University Theatre Forum in Vilnius

From May 3 to 10, 2025, Vilnius will host the 26th International University Theatre Forum – a unique cultural event that annually brings together students and young theatre artists from various countries. This is the only forum of its kind in the Baltic region, where theatre serves as a platform for discussing socially significant issues, questions of cultural heritage, and as a space for creative exchange and intercultural dialogue.

The forum includes theatre performances, creative workshops, and public actions. Among the most notable projects of previous years are Vilnius – Crossroad of National Cultures (2003), Open Up Forgotten Spaces (2005), Perpetuum Mobile (2007), Ladies and Gentlemen, The Carriage Awaits…! (2011), and others. Over the years, the forum has welcomed theatre groups from Spain, Belarus, Finland, Poland, France, Latvia, Sweden, Italy, and other countries.
