An international expert group appointed by the Centre prepared conclusions on the evaluation of the university’s activities based on the evaluation areas (management, quality assurance, and study/scientific (artistic) activities) and indicators established in Sections 10.1–10.3 of the Description. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs prepared the conclusions on the impact of the higher education institution on the host country and region, in accordance with Section 10.4 of the Description. In these conclusions, the university’s activities were evaluated positively.
It is noteworthy that, in accordance with Section 43 of the Methodology and point 6.1 of the Regulations of the Higher Education Institution Evaluation Commission, approved by the Director’s Order No. V-2 of January 8, 2020, the external evaluation conclusions were discussed by the Higher Education Institution Evaluation Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) on December 20, 2023. The Commission provided a motivated proposal to the Centre in support of the conclusions on the evaluation of the higher education institution’s activities.
Additionally, for the first time in its history, the University has been accredited for a period of 7 years.
Based on the external evaluation conclusions prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and an expert group, taking into account the Commission’s proposal and guided by Paragraph 16.1 of the Description, the Centre has made a decision to evaluate the activities of the European Humanities University positively.
