Admission is conducted entirely digitally — no need to send paper documents. Originals or notarized copies of some documents are required only after enrollment during the first visit to the university.
Available study programs for 2025/2026:
- Bachelor’s: 9 programs – Visual Design, Media and Communication, History, Law, Theater Art and Acting, Politics and International Relations, European Heritage and Creative Tourism, Business Economics, and Informatics.
Master’s: 6 programs – Gender Studies, Conceptual Design and Contemporary Art, Public Policy and Political Communication, Cultural Heritage Development, International Law and Security Studies, International Business and Trade Law LL.M. (application period for this program begins on November 15, 2025) - Doctoral: in Philosophy.
Key dates of the admission campaign:
- Online application submission: from May 1 to July 27.
- Entrance exams for bachelor’s:
- Online English test (for applicants without confirmed A2 level): choose a date in the calendar and register.
- Online art performance exam: for the program «Theatrical Art and Acting»; until July 25.
- Online exposition exam for «Theatrical Art and Acting,» registration until July 21.
- Motivational interviews: scheduled as applications are reviewed.
Admission features:
- Apostille is not required on certificates and diplomas for applicants from Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia.
- Opportunity to receive scholarships starting from the first semester.

- Fill out the online application form on the official EHU website.
- Prepare and attach the required documents (photo, passport, certificate/diploma, certificates).
- Pass the entrance exams and motivational interview.
