In fact, the project BARTSY (the meaning: BY – Belarus and ARTS) is aimed at gathering a creative team and opening an Instagram account on which the works of both young and experienced Belarusian artists would be observed and promoted to the target audience living in the Schengen Area. This will be followed by the creation of a Facebook page and a website, organization of regular meetings and live streams.
The project was developed by a third-year student of the European Heritage program Julia Yakouchevitch within the course “Second-year Seminar: Introduction to Social Sciences” and chosen as the best project in the course.
Among other members of the project team are:
