Please note that when traveling up to 500 km the trip must be “eco-friendly”. If non-organic, the reason must be provided.

Note: “Travel distance” means the distance between EHU (Vilnius) and the city of the host institution, and “amount” means the funds allocated to cover the costs of travel to and from the city of the host institution.
The travel distance must be calculated using the “Erasmus+” calculator.
Eco-travel means travel to and from the host institution using low-emission vehicles such as buses, trains, or car travel with co-passengers who also participate in mobility activities.
Students who choose an eco-friendly trip receive an additional payment of EUR 50.00 as individual support to cover the costs of the round trip.
Students who choose an ecological trip must inform the coordinator of the international relations department about this choice no later than one month before the trip.
