Study trip to Germany for EHU students

On June 9-21, the Center for German Studies of the European Humanities University (EHU) alongside with the EHU Department of Social Sciences and with the support of the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD conduct a study trip to Germany. Students of the joint BA program “World Politics and Economics”, which is realized with Vytautas Magnus University, and a student of the “International Law and EU Law” program will participate in the study trip.

Within the program of the trip the students will visit several German universities, including Viadrina European University in Frankfurt on the Oder on the very border with Poland, the Free University of Berlin and Humboldt University of Berlin. The students will find out more on activities of different political foundations and some civil society organizations. They will also visit German Federal Parliament – the Bundestag. The participants of the study trip will deepen their knowledge of foreign policy and peculiarities of work of political institutions in Germany. They will also get additional knowledge about higher education of this country.
