🎓 Full-time studies: maximum opportunities for students
The full-time format is complete immersion in academic and student life. It’s not only lectures and seminars across two campuses in the center of Vilnius but also the chance to grow within a community of like-minded people, participate in university projects, and build professional connections.
✅ Live communication and a close-knit atmosphere – small groups ensure a personalized approach, active interaction with professors and fellow students.
✅ Collaborative projects and valuable networking – students work on group initiatives, developing teamwork skills and building professional connections.
✅ Practical experience and career prospects – trainings, clubs, workshops, international exchanges, and project work help apply knowledge in practice and build a career while studying.
✅ Student-led initiatives – student ideas can grow into full-fledged projects, whether research, creative collaborations, or social initiatives.
🌍 Student mobility: a world without borders
EHU students have access to international exchange programs like Erasmus+ and the OSUN Network, allowing them to study abroad, participate in internships and placements, and broaden their horizons. This provides a competitive edge in the job market and opens up more career opportunities.
💻 Part-time studies: flexibility and convenience
The part-time format at EHU allows you to earn a higher education degree without being tied to the University’s location or country, balancing studies, work, and personal life.
✅ Live interaction and academic environment – regular online classes provide opportunities to actively engage with professors and fellow students, participate in discussions, and receive instant feedback.
✅ Flexible schedule without compromising quality – evening online classes, 24/7 access to materials, and self-paced study planning.
✅ Ongoing support from faculty and the community – discussions, consultations, and group projects, even in an online format.
✅ Final assessment on campus – preserving academic traditions and confirming your level of preparation.
✅ Affordability – the part-time format reduces the cost of education without sacrificing quality or academic value.
💡 Whichever study format you choose – valuable experience and deep knowledge await you!
Applicants to Bachelor’s programs must confirm their English proficiency at A2 level or higher. This can be done in one of the following ways:
- Provide results of a national exam upon completion of secondary education (CE/CT, ZNO/NMT, EGE, UNT, etc.).
- Provide an international certificate such as TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English, etc.
- Provide a diploma or academic transcript issued by a linguistic university, translation faculty, or linguistic college.
- Take the internal exam – the Advanced Speech Test (URT).
📌 If an applicant does not have confirming documents and their level is below the required standard, they must improve their English skills to A2 level before the start of the third semester. For this purpose, the University offers a special English language course (12 ECTS credits). This rule does not apply to applicants of the “Global Politics and Economy” and “Business Economics” programs – for them, English proficiency confirmation is a mandatory admission requirement.
📝 What is the Advanced Speech Test (AST)?
The URT is an internal exam designed to assess applicants’ English proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
📌 Applicants can take the URT twice:
- During Open Days
- During the main exam sessions
How does the exam work?
The test consists of two parts: a written test and an oral interview with an examiner.
- The exam is conducted online – detailed connection instructions will be provided in advance.
⏳ Exam duration: written test – 60 minutes, interview – 7–10 minutes.
