The project Women in Tech is an educational and research project aimed at supporting Belarusian women in the IT field, promoting gender equality in the field of high technologies. The project is implemented in cooperation with the Center for Gender Studies of the European Humanities University with financial support from the EU.
The project includes the following areas of activity:
1. Login to Tech – a course of video lectures and practical exercises. For women who plan to start working in IT.
2. Conference on ways to address gender discrimination in IT. For representatives of IT business, NGOs and anyone interested in this issue.
3. IT courses in various areas with the study of specific hard skills for working in IT.
4. Mentoring program to support women with the participation of IT, HR and business professionals.
5. Women in Tech Academic – a program of scientific research on gender inequality in the IT field in Belarus.

1. Position for the company (legal entity) – Services in organizing and conducting IT courses for the WiT project;
2. Position for the company (legal entity) – Expert Services for WiT mentoring program;
3. Position for the company (legal entity) / Or for the individuals – Expert evaluation of the mentoring program of the WiT project;
4. Position for the company (legal entity) / Or for the individuals – Video production for the Login to Tech program;
5. Position for the company (legal entity) / Or for the individuals – Broadcasting of the WiT conference services;
6. Position for the company (legal entity) / Or for the individuals – Digital marketing (with an emphasis on targeting) of the Women in Tech project;
7. Position for the individual with a tax residence in EU countries or Ukraine – Content/SMM –Manager;
8. Position for the individual with a tax residence in EU countries or Ukraine – Administrator for the Mentor Program of the WiT Project;
9. Position for the individual with a tax residence in EU countries or Ukraine – Expert at the academic conference of the WiT project;
10. Position for the individual with a tax residence in EU countries or Ukraine – Copywriter.

A mandatory requirement is knowledge of Russian, Belarusian and English, as well as experience in working with projects in Belarus.
Important information – only companies or individuals who are tax residents of either EU countries or Ukraine can offer their services. Tax residents of Belarus and Russian Federation cannot participate in the competition.
