“Do countries behave like people?” webinar with Luis Martins

On May 27, the Department of Social Sciences at the European Humanities University invites undergraduate and graduate prospective students in political science to a webinar “Do countries behave like people? Homo-Nations between realism and liberalism”. The webinar will be conducted by Luis Martins of Westminster University.

The global political context is often understood as chaotic without a world government. This reality shows us the differences between national and global politics. But, what is global politics? It is about global decision-making and much more. Who is involved? Nations. Who makes decisions? People! Just like you and me. As such, we must ask to what extent national collective decision-making resembles human individual decisions and ways of thinking. Conclusions may be reached through the analysis of case-studies within realist and liberal perspectives. Think about your world from the local to the global.

NB! Webinar with Luis Martins starts on May 27 at 6 PM. Click here to sign up
