International conference “Amicus Curiae: achievements, prospects, challenges” takes place on October 14-15 and is organized by the Warsaw-based Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. During the Plenary session, Prof. Alexander Vashkevich and Assoc. Prof. Maxim Timofeev, faculty of the EHU study program International Law and European Union Law, have presented their research papers concerning the practice of third-party interventions in the international courts and treaty bodies.
