During the meeting, leaders of both liberal arts Universities, accompanied by LCC International University Vice President Assoc. Prof. J.D. Mininger and EHU Head of Communication and Development Unit Maksimas Milta, discussed directions of fostering mutual cooperation in the fields of studies and research. On June 11-12, EHU and LCC are co-organising an international conference “Humanities Education in the Age of Technology” in Vilnius.
Rector Prof. Ignatov and President Dr. Wall have agreed on setting a framework for series of academic seminars and events, aimed at raising awareness on the best practices in areas of interdisciplinarity and internationalisation of studies, as well as intensifying peer-to-peer contracts between the faculty of two Universities.
Later in the day a meeting with faculty of LCC International University took place.
