Within the conference, the following issues will be raised:
- Is it necessary and how to divide the legacy of Zygmunt Serakowski and Kastus Kalinouski between Lithuanians, Poles and Belarusians;
- Why the ideals of liberty and freedom of the 19th century are relevant today;
- What should be the Polish and Lithuanian historical policy in the EU, and is there a place for Belarus;
- How to honor the memory of the revolutionaries of 1863-1864, whose remains were discovered in Vilnius;
- and others.
In the discussion on October 24 (Tuesday), at 6 pm in the Vilnius Picture Gallery (Didžioji g. 5), following speakers will take part:

- Prof. Bohdan Cywiński (Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, Warsaw)
- Dr. Tatsiana Chulitskaya (European Humanities University, Vilnius)

In the discussion on October 25 (Wednesday) at 1 pm which will be held at the Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas (Putvinskio g. 23-106), following speakers will take part:
