What is the EHU School of Digital Competencies?
The School of Digital Competencies (School of Digital Competencies) is a branch of the European Humanities University (Vilnius, Lithuania). It is an educational space where students master fundamental and applied disciplines within the framework of the “Informatics” Bachelor’s program.
The program was launched in 2022 with the support of the international company EPAM Systems. From the outset, the School has developed as an environment closely aligned with modern IT culture and its demands. Currently, over 300 students are studying here.
Degree: Bachelor of Computer Science
- Full-time: 3.5 years / 7 semesters — at the EHU campus in Vilnius
- Part-time (Online): 4.5 years / 9 semesters — online, with evening classes

- Language adaptation: Instruction begins in Russian with intensive English language learning and a gradual transition to English-taught courses. This ensures comfortable integration into an international and professional environment.
The School’s space is organized as a modern learning laboratory — with respect for each student’s individuality and attention to the quality of the educational process.
A key feature is its flexible structure and academic autonomy. The School is integrated into the university system but operates independently, allowing for quick implementation of modern teaching methods, development of new formats, and hosting events — from open seminars to hackathons and IT and GameDev conferences.
The School of Digital Competencies offers a European diploma and a real start in an IT profession. From the first days of study, students work on real projects, build portfolios, and receive recommendations from leading specialists, significantly increasing their chances of successful employment during their studies.
