📚 Lawyers and human rights defenders from Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia have been working with the UN and Council of Europe on the project of Convention for over 10 years. More details about the history of the human rights lawyers’ movement and the joint work of the legal and academic community to develop this Convention are provided in the article by the EHU Center for Constitutionalism and Human Rights.
