EHU Joins Q-Helix Consortium: Advancing European Universities’ Collaborative Vision

EHU has become a member of the Q-Helix consortium under the European Universities initiative. The plan envisions a transnational partnership of 11 entities from different parts of Europe, united by a shared long-term vision to foster collaboration among universities, businesses, governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders. This alliance aims to uphold and promote European identity and values, drive positive change, and achieve excellence, benefiting students, faculty, and society at large.

Representing EHU, HR Director Vadim Chleborodov, took part in the Q-Helix meetings alongside rectors from the participating universities. Together, they endorsed the Mission Statement, playing a key role in refining the proposal and securing a collective commitment to a forward-thinking and inclusive approach. This effort marks a significant step towards establishing new standards within the European Universities Alliance.
