Webinar “Universal Jurisdiction via Syrian cases — lessons for practitioners”

On December 17, 2020, the Center for Constitutionalism and Human Rights of the European Humanities University, supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and Member of the European Parliament Andrius Kubilius hosted an international webinar “Universal Jurisdiction via Syrian cases — lessons for practitioners”. The aim of the webinar is to increase knowledge and awareness on the applicability of the universal jurisdiction clause in cases related to international crimes committed in countries where states are not willing\able to provide justice.
