On October 2, 2023, the opening ceremony of the academic year 2023/2024 will be held at the Vilnius Town Hall.

On this special day, students, faculty, and staff of the European Humanities University will come together to mark the beginning of the academic year and share their inspiration for the upcoming journey.

The distinguished guests of the ceremony, members of the General Assembly of Part-Owners and the Governing Board, as well as heads of university departments and units, will participate in the solemn event.

Professor Krzysztof Rybinski, the rector of EHU, will address the student, academic, and professional community with a welcoming message.

Renowned performers will grace the event with musical compositions.

In accordance with a cherished university tradition, there will be a ceremonial cutting of the welcome cake following the official part of the ceremony. This gesture symbolizes the commencement of an academic year filled with new knowledge, creative discoveries, and outstanding achievements.

For those planning to attend the ceremony in person, please complete the registration form by September 30. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to join the YouTube livestream.
