Series of Lectures on Corporate Governance for Sustainability

The Academic Department of Social Sciences and Center for Strategic Planning and Development in the framework of the Erasmus+ program invite everyone to a series of two lectures on Corporate Governance for sustainability.

The lectures will take place on May 16-17 at 15:10 (Vilnius time) and cover:

  • Internationally recognized standards of  Corporate Governance and practical examples;
  • the role of the regulatories (administrative bodies) in the evolution of corporate governance, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance);
  • How Corporate governance trends are changing into ESG for sustainable development.
