EU4Belarus is looking for a Team Leader

The Central Project Management Agency (CPMA) of Lithuania has announced a vacancy for the position of Team Leader for Program EU4Belarus Advanced Learning and Training (SALT II). The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the program, which aims to strengthen the capacities of Belarusian public administration through advanced learning and training activities.

As Team Leader, the selected candidate will oversee a team of professionals and ensure the timely and effective delivery of the program’s objectives. The role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including the European Union and other implementing partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a great deal of general professional experience.

The position also requires a University degree in a relevant field, such as project management, education, etc. C1 level of English is mandatory, as well as knowledge of Russian on B2/C1. The contract is for a fixed term until October 31, 2025, with the possibility of an extension. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
