The ceremony will feature distinguished guests, members of the General Assembly of Part-Owners and the Governing Board, as well as department and office heads of the University.
The Acting Rector of EHU, Dr. Vilius Šadauskas, will address the student, academic, and professional community of the University.
The university choir will also perform musical compositions.
As part of a cherished university tradition, after the official ceremony, a ceremonial cake-cutting will take place, symbolizing the start of a year filled with new knowledge, creative discoveries, and outstanding achievements.
Those planning to attend the ceremony should complete the registration form by September 28. There will also be an opportunity to join via a YouTube livestream.
The ceremony will begin at 1:00 PM (Vilnius and Minsk time).
