During the lecture, which was attended by students, professors and administration of the University, the speaker shared one of her latest studies on the essence of the concept of “state terrorism”, its features and international legal qualifications, analyzed ways of holding the Russian Federation accountable for crimes committed since its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
The event took place in an atmosphere of scientific conversation and ended with answers to students’ questions. At the end of the it, the head of the Department of International Law, European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Iryna Bratko, offered to expand the areas of scientific and educational cooperation between the two universities.
