Internal institutional evaluation at EHU is performed by the Development Unit, resulting in an Annual Report presented to the University Senate and the Governing Board, and published on the website. The conclusions are further used by the institutional leadership in aiming to review the goals that have been set, developing a SWOT analysis, addressing the identified weak points within the action plan, and for quality improvement.
Annual Reports are based on the main monitoring and self-evaluation criteria of the University. They include the EHU mission and vision; service to society; strategic priorities; EHU structure and governance; implementation of a financial plan; data on enrollment trends, graduates, faculty, research, international cooperation, fundraising, and visibility.
