The adopted amendments establish special conditions of the institutional evaluation, assessment of the material and human resources, study fields for those Higher Education Institutions (Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences) that operate in Lithuania in conditions of the forced exile from the country of origin.
The status of the Higher Education Institution that operates in conditions of the forced exile is granted by the Government at the proposal of Minister of Foreign Affairs.
