European Humanities University (Vilnius, Lithuania), Vytautas Magnus University (Kaunas, Lithuania) and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, in cooperation with The Center for Advanced Studies and Education (CASE) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, request submissions for an international conference, A New Region of Europe: Regional Development Paradigms in Baltic-Black Sea Intermarum, which will be held November 26-27, 2010 in Vilnius.
Eligibility: Researchers, politicians and experts from all EU countries and Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Moldova.
Abstract submission deadline: July 7, 2010.
