Education for Leadership and Social Responsibility

Are leaders born or created? Some experts assert that leadership is a human process, one that everyone has access to and responsibility for. The round table discussion examines the beliefs and assumptions underlying leadership as a foundation for preparing students for the challenges of contemporary society. Strategies for faculty and curriculum development are explored within the context of best practices and lessons learned from initiatives in Europe and North America.
