EC and NCM launched a new program of financial support to Belarusian students

16.10.06

On October 16 2006 the European Commission and the Nordic Council of Ministers officially announced the launching of a new program of financial support to Belarusian students. The larger part of this grant is assigned to support the students of the European Humanities University in Vilnius:

  • 170 BA students admitted in 2006, including tuition, living expenses and stipend;
  • BA students admitted in 2005 (stipends); and
  • 35 MA students who will be admitted in 2007 (tuition and expenses).

This is the second EC and NCM grant targeted at EHU student support. Thanks to the program launched in 2005, 170 BA students admitted in 2005 and 180 MA students admitted in 2005 and 2006 already have their tuition covered and are provided with living in Vilnius.
