The European Humanities University offers a range of opportunities and programs for prospective students. Students can participate in non-degree programs such as Special Projects (lecture series or summer schools), Erasmus, Erasmus Mundus and Campus Europae mobility schemes or degree programs – High Residency, Low Residency and Distance Learning programs.

STUDENTS AND LISTENERS

Degree seeking students must meet all the requirements of "student" as laid out in the University Statute. Students may also audit classes at EHU. Listeners may create individual study programs in accordance with the University Statute. Academic and financial obligations will be determined by a study agreement between the student or listener and the university. Rules, task and rights of students or listeners are laid out in the statutes of the university.

TEACHING MODE AND BLENDED LEARNING

As a result of its still recent relocation EHU employs a unique teaching mode. Most courses are taught in blocks so that students’ schedules can include lessons from Monday to Saturday. Academic staff teaching at EHU coming from Belarus and other countries can enrich academic life in this way. Usually a course schedule is published one month in advance. With the help of an advanced electronic learning platform EHU assures the quality of studies through blended learning.

The capital of Lithuania is one of the most beautiful cities of the Old Continent, where the heritage of the past and achievements of the present, science and culture co-exist in harmony. The residents of Vilnius are hospitable and cheerful people. You can experience it yourself or even become a part of it. Vilnius is abundant in shopping centres. The most popular ones are Akropolis, Europa, Panorama, Ozas, Gedimino 9. You can satisfy any needs or caprices of yours there. As for Akropolis, it is not only a shopping mall but it is also an entertainment centre with eight cinema screens, numerous restaurants, bowling and a wonderful skating rink. While going out, you will find different cusines from all over the world and all types of coffee-shops, restaurants, inns, pizzerias, grill-bars, wineries, and pubs in Vilnius. European cuisine predominates, however. You can also taste Lithuanian national dishes at the restaurant "Forto Dvaras". You will never be bored in Vilnius. Music and nightclub programmes will soon make you a part of the razzle-dazzle. If you do not want to miss a world movie premier – follow the cinema repertoire. Anyway, it will be very easy to find a place or an activity to spend your free time.
