The program has been launched in 2009 in collaboration with the Public Administration department at Leiden University (the Netherlands). It is aimed at training specialists who have mastered the methods used for shaping public policy and are therefore able to implement it efficiently with regard to either state or community governance. It is designed both for recent graduates hoping to make a career in public policy and those working in policy communities.
