Institute for International Education (Lithuania)
The former EHU International is a non-governmental institution that advances international higher education through transnational education, creates a network of exchange in the Central East-European region. The Institute certifies the results of the learning process at EHU in partnership with other institutions in Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine and the US.
Open Society Institute (USA)
Open Society Institute was created in 1993 by investor and philanthropist George Soros. The Soros foundations network encompasses more than 60 countries, including the United States. As a private operating and grant making foundation, OSI implements a range of initiatives to support higher education among other fields.
