Administration and Infrastructure

The Vice-Rector of Administration and Infrastructure aims to ensure the effective functioning of the components of the University. Areas of responsibility include: the management of finances and economy, in cooperation with the Vice-Rector of Development and International Affairs; Vice-Rector of Administration is responsible for establishing  the University within Lithuania in cooperation with Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs; supervise the adequate provision of facilities and material resources; oversee compliance with Lithuanian national regulations; supervise the uniformity and efficient functioning of the University’s administrative and support structure; and ensure the elaboration and implementation of policies and procedures respective to personnel, operations and premises management.

The Vice-Rector of Administration and Infrastructure is supported by the following structures:

  • The Department of Administration coordinates operations, personnel, IT and mobility.
  • The Department of Finance and Economy coordinates budgeting, payroll and contracts for administrative and teaching staff; and financial aid and contractual arrangements for students.
