Academic Affairs
The Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs aims to ensure the quality of education and research. The major responsibilities are to supervise the design and implementation of the education and research strategies.
The Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs is supported by the following structures:

The Academic Secretariat coordinates enrolment and registration of students and teachers on various levels and forms (BA, MA; Face-to-Face, Low-Residence, Distance Learning); performs quality control in all forms of education, and maintain records.

The School of Undergraduate Studies supervises the education content, teaching process, teachers and academic staff responsible for organizing BA courses in face-to-face and low-residence education.

The School of Graduate Studies supervises the education content, teaching process, teachers and academic staff responsible for organizing MA courses.

The Division of Research coordinates the management of research activities; ensures the integration of University research activities with the interests and developments of transition societies; coordinated the provision of library services required for research, teaching and study; and coordinated internal information flow in this area.

The Academic Departments supervise the teaching staff and curriculum of BA and MA programs within specific fields of study.
